TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OLEREX PLUS LOYALTY PROGRAM
OLEREX PLUS is Olerex’s ID card-based loyalty programme for private customers, which allows loyal customers to get a permanent discount on fuel and collect various bonuses when joining the programme.

Joining the OLEREX PLUS loyalty programme
- Register your ID card or bank card (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop) as OLEREX PLUS loyalty card.
- You can join the loyalty programme both in the Olerex self-service and in the mobile application by identifying yourself in the manner available.
- You can add bank cards to OLEREX PLUS loyalty programme in all Olerex service stations.
Discounts and bonuses
The following discounts and bonuses apply to OLEREX PLUS customers as part of the loyalty programme:
- Fuel discount – As loyal customer of Olerex, you are always guaranteed a price gain of 3.0 cents per litre of fuel.
- Hot beverages -15% – As a loyal customer of Olerex, all hot beverages always come with a discount of 15% for you.
- Car wash -15% – As loyal customer of Olerex, you will get basic car wash programs and additional services with a discount of 15%. Check out the car wash programmes here.

Terms and conditions of OLEREX PLUS loyalty programme
Valid from 1 January 2025
- General provisions and definitions
- The loyalty programme of AS Olerex (hereinafter “Olerex”), registry code 10136870, Võru 176, 50112, Tartu, is intended to offer added value to Olerex’s loyal customers who are natural persons in accordance with the terms and conditions of the OLEREX PLUS loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as “loyalty programme”).
- The terms and conditions of the loyalty programme (hereinafter “terms and conditions”) apply to a customer who has joined the loyalty programme established by Olerex.
- Definitions used in the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme:
Filling station – manned service station or automatic filling station carrying the Olerex brand that has joined the loyalty programme (http://olerex.ee/era/asukohad-ja-lisateenused).
Customer card – customer’s ID card of the Republic of Estonia or bank card that has been activated as the customer card for the Olerex loyalty programme Olerex Plus.
Customer – person who has joined the loyalty programme.
Customer account – customer’s account in the Olerex Self-Service online environment (https://iseteenindus.olerex.ee/), which keeps track of discounts, vouchers and the purchase history.
- Joining the loyalty programme and using the card
- You can join the loyalty programme by registering your ID card/bank card as the OLEREX PLUS loyalty card at the filling station. To join the loyalty programme, you need to use the ID card reader to read your personal data. By joining the loyalty programme, the person confirms the accuracy of the data provided and that they have examined and agreed to the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme and consent to processing personal data as part of Olerex’s loyalty programme. If the customer wishes to receive information about loyalty programme offers by e-mail, they express their respective wish upon joining the loyalty programme, thereby consenting to receive offers and newsletters. The customer can waive the consent to receive offers and newsletters at any time in the Olerex Self-Service online environment.
- You can register your ID card as a loyalty card at the filling station, at Olerex Self-Service (https://iseteenindus.olerex.ee/et) or in the Olerex mobile application.
- You can add different bank cards to the OLEREX PLUS loyalty programme at all Olerex service stations.
- Joining the loyalty programme is free of charge for the customer, and this does not create any financial obligations for the customer.
- The customer card is personal and for use only by the customer.
- The customer can use the customer card to receive discounts at all filling stations that offer the respective service or product. To receive discounts when making a purchase, do as follows:
- A customer who has registered their ID card as the customer card must briefly insert their ID card into the card payment terminal before paying for the purchase. The ID card must be inserted into the payment terminal so that the chip is facing the customer (as when using a bank card).
- A customer who has registered their bank card as the customer card receives a discount automatically when paying for the purchase with the respective bank card. If the customer does not use a bank card registered as a customer card when paying for the transaction but still wishes to use it to receive discounts, the bank card registered as a customer card must be briefly inserted into the card payment terminal before paying for the purchase or swiped across the payment terminal before the payment window opens.
- When using the app, the customer scans the QR-code in the app.
- When using a discount card, the customer registers the discount card before paying for the purchase.
- If the customer does not insert the card (ID card, discount card, bank card) registered as a customer card into the card reader or fails to scan the QR-code in the app before paying, it will not be possible to receive discounts retrospectively for a receipt.
- Discounts
- Discounts received from purchases are published in the customer account in the Olerex mobile application or in the Self-Service online environment.
- The terms and conditions of the loyalty programme do not apply to fuel campaigns. Separate loyalty programme discounts do not apply during special fuel campaigns.
- Olerex informs customers about special campaigns and the terms and conditions of the special campaign at Olerex’s filling stations, on the website (www.olerex.ee), or otherwise.
- Other terms and conditions
- By joining the loyalty programme, the customer agrees to these terms of use.
- Olerex has the right to change the products included in the loyalty programme or amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme by giving notice of the changes at Olerex’s filling stations, on the website, or otherwise. Olerex is not required to justify the changes in advance; the changes enter into force at the time of publication of the respective notice or at another time specified in the notification.
- Olerex reserves the right to terminate the loyalty programme with an advance notice of 30 calendar days.
- From 1 January 2025 at 00:00, previously valid discounts are no longer applicable to loyal customers and the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme which enter into force on 1 January 2025 at 00:01 shall apply instead.
- Olerex is not liable for any damages resulting from the changes made (including reduction in discounts) and is not obligated to compensate the customer for the damages in any way.
- Members of the Olerex’s Virtual Family do not participate in the loyalty programme. You can leave the Virtual Family by making the respective selection in the Olerex Self-Service online environment. After leaving the Virtual Family, the customer can join the loyalty programme.
- Olerex’s employees cannot join the loyalty programme.
- Communication channels
- Olerex publishes general information regarding the loyalty programme on its website, at filling stations or in (social) media.
- The following personal communication channels are used to exchange information regarding the loyalty programme: e-mail, SMS.
- The customer can choose their preferred communication channel in the customer account in the Olerex Self-Service online environment when joining the loyalty programme. The customer can change their preferred communication channel at any time. The main channel for communicating with the customer is e-mail.
- Processing of personal data
- Olerex processes the customer’s personal data based on the customer’s consent and/or contracts entered into and entered into force.
- Olerex processes the customer’s personal data as part of the loyalty programme for the following purposes: entry into and performance of a contract; communicating with the customer and responding to queries; managing the customer account; transmission of information regarding the loyalty programme and other relevant important information; offering products and services aimed at customers who have joined the loyalty programme; carrying out raffles and organising surveys; drawing up consumer habits and sales statistics; managing and developing services.
- By joining the loyalty programme, the customer agrees to the applicable terms and conditions of the loyalty programme and gives Olerex their consent to process their personal data under the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme and in the manner and for the purposes set out in Olerex’s general privacy terms.
- Olerex processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and, in particular, to the extent necessary to comply with the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme and to best serve the customers, and data are stored securely in accordance with the applicable laws.
- Olerex processes the following personal data concerning a customer as part of the loyalty programme: given name and surname, personal identification code, mobile phone number, and e-mail address.
- Olerex uses the customer’s personal data to transmit information about special and campaign offers, products, services and discounts and other information regarding the loyalty programme or surveys if the customer has consented to receiving such communications.
- Without the customer’s consent, Olerex has the right to send information to the customer regarding the loyalty programme, including information about the validity and terms and conditions of the loyalty programme, discounts and other important information regarding the loyalty programme.
- Where personal data change, the customer is obligated to amend their data in the customer account in the Olerex Self-Service online environment or send a respective digitally signed request to Olerex by e-mail to the address isikuandmed@olerex.ee.
- The customer has the right to access their personal data in the customer account in the Olerex Self-Service online environment at any time.
- The customer has the right to withdraw their consent for direct marketing (transmission of information about special offers and campaigns, newsletters) in the customer account in the Olerex Self-Service online environment at any time.
- The customer has the right to request the termination of processing of their personal data as part of the loyalty programme and to require the deletion of their data at any time. In this case, Olerex closes the customer account in the Olerex Self-Service online environment and deletes the customer’s data. After opting out, the customer will not be eligible for any discounts applicable under the loyalty programme. To terminate the processing of personal data, the customer must submit a digitally signed request to Olerex to the e-mail address isikuandmed@olerex.ee. Withdrawal of the consent for processing personal data does not affect prior processing of personal data based on consent.
- Olerex has the right to refuse to grant the request to delete personal data if the processing of the customer’s personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of contractual and non-contractual legal claims or for compliance with a legal obligation.
- Customer data related to sales transactions are retained for seven years from the termination of the customer relationship.
- Settlement of disputes
- In the event of complaints, the customer has the right to contact Olerex at the e-mail address info@olerex.ee. Olerex is obligated to review the complaint within seven working days.
- All disputes between the parties are settled by way of negotiations in accordance with the legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia. If no agreement is reached and the customer wishes to continue filing a complaint, the customer has the right to turn to:
- The Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract entered into between a consumer and an undertaking which the parties have been unable to resolve by way of an agreement. The review of a complaint by the Committee is free of charge for the parties.
- The court of the defendant’s seat.
You can also join the loyalty program online and in the mobile application. To do this, log into the self-service environment or the mobile application, where a registration form will open if you do not already have a customer account.
By registering as a loyal customer, you consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. Your personal data are protected from third parties and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
